FAQ
q: what can i commission from you?
you can commission me to paint anything from original characters (OCs), to d&d characters, fanart, personal portraits and game characters. the aforementioned list is not exclusive. however I will NOT take commissions depicting gore, sex, fetish art, and hateful themes.
q: how long do you take to finish a commission?
the turnover date varies depending on how busy i am outside of art. i typically aim to complete commissions within 2-3 weeks but i may take longer depending on the complexity of the commission or other external factors. if you need your commission finished before a certain date or within a week, the rush fee will guarantee i finish it fast.
q: can i ask for updates on the commission?
yes. you may ask regularly for updates regarding your commission. if ever there is an emergency that prevents me from working on your commission or from sending an update, i will inform you.
q: what payment method(s) do you accept?
currently i only accept payments via PayPal and in USD. for large commissions, clients have the option to pay an initial half (50%) of the commission's price and then the last remaining half (50%) after completion of the commission.
q: can i post/use my commission elsewhere?
you are free to post, share and use the commission for personal activities. you CANNOT re-sell the commission under and circumstance, this includes turning the piece into an NFT. as for commissions for commercial purposes, like book covers/illustrations, kindly mention your intent prior to payment so we can come to an agreement.
q: do you issue refunds?
no. all payments are final.
q: do you charge for revisions or edits?
edits and adjustments are free including finishing touches/polishing. major changes after prior approval of the current sketch will incur a $30 charge. edits and revisions after the commission is turned over will also incur the same cost; small edits like clean up or minor detail change is free.
